Purdy Veterinary is a full-service animal hospital providing comprehensive pet healthcare services in stunning Gig Harbor, WA. Our modern and charming facility has advanced equipment and technologies, including comprehensive in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, a surgical suite, and a pharmacy. We are open on Saturdays but this opportunity will only require one Saturday per month to be part of your schedule.
Gig Harbor, WA is a thriving ocean side community just next door to Tacoma and the Kitsap peninsula. With excellent schools, dining & shopping options, our own fly fishing shop, award winning breweries, and all the kayaking/boating/hiking you can stand! We adore our harbor seals, the huge jellyfish, and the starfish that adorn our harbors and bays. Sealions & orcas can be seen just a few blocks from the clinic! Life is just better here.
Benefits include base salary ($130,000 - $150,000 annually), monthly production bonus with no deficit/negative accrual, medical benefits (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and so much more. I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out.
